Preparing for your audit.

  1. Your perspective as principal.

    The principal intake establishes what you expect, how responsibilities are intended to work, and what you would like the audit to examine.

  2. Each person’s working perspective.

    Share the questionnaire below with each person included in your purchased scope. The same questionnaire applies to every role. Each person completes their own response.

    Their responses provide an individual account of their responsibilities, their understanding of the role, and the work they carry out in practice.

    For participating staff

    This questionnaire is for the people whose roles are being examined. It is separate from your principal intake.

  3. Your written findings.

    The audit examines the relationship between your expectations, each person’s understanding of their role, and the responsibilities carried out in practice.

    Your written HFR findings identify areas of clarity, overlap, gaps, and misalignment. An optional 45-minute phone or video conversation directly with Madria provides an opportunity to clarify those findings.
